Marine anchor chain

Chain manufacturing from 36 mm to 55 mm diameter

Madco Company is the first manufacturer of chains with a large diameter (10 to 55 mm) for use in ports and marine fenders.
The chains produced are produced by hot bending, which causes the least damage and stress to the metal structure.
Then they enter the welding stage and are welded by expert operators with related electrodes and then stone-cut.
After this stage, they enter the coating stage and using shot blasting, the oxide layer on the metal surface that is created by the reddening of the metal during bending is completely destroyed and after acid washing, they enter the molten zinc.
Threaded parts are also galvanized by the centrifugal method, which empties the threads of molten zinc as much as possible.
Threaded parts can be galvanized in the form of dacromet, if the employer and project consultant agree, in which case the coating resistance will be several times stronger than bulk galvanizing.
